Leased premises are well-maintained, fully-insured, and meet code standards on all local fire and safety ordinances allowing lessees to live a comfortable lifestyle. A full-time maintenance crew is available for certain repairs and services including seasonal lawn care and snow removal.

Facilities Include:

  • Air conditioning / heating
  • Living room furnished with sofa, chairs, and end tables
  • Kitchens equipped with refrigerator, stove, table and chairs
  • Single bed with mattress
  • Access to FREE laundry facilities in leased premises
  • Mold room

Monthly rent includes: gas, electric, water, sewage, and garbage. Should the lessee desire optional services such as: telephone, internet, or cable, the lessee will be responsible for additional services. The leased premises are equipped for cable and telephone services.
